The location is our pride. The apartment is situated in Piazza San Pancrazio, the heart of a small “village” in the center of Florence, a haven of peace and vibrant life waiting to be discovered.
The centerpiece of the square is the former church of San Pancrazio, founded by Charlemagne, where the magnificent Marino Marini Museum stands tall, dedicated to one of the greatest artists of Italian 20th-century art.
Facing the museum, you will find a rare synergy of establishments, the street food restaurant “I’ Tuscani,” the cocktail bar “Manifattura,” and the “Enoteca Bellini,” where you can taste excellent wine in tranquility.
Just a few steps away, you will find yourself strolling along the Lungarno, or admiring the Duomo, Piazza Signoria, the Uffizi, and the Ponte Vecchio.
Returning home, you can indulge in the most luxurious and exclusive boutiques of Florence, on Via de’ Tornabuoni, just around the corner.

"Beautiful and extremely clean apartment just a stone's throw away from the major attractions of Florence, located right in the historic center behind Via Tornabuoni and Piazza della Repubblica, which are the heart of the city. Situated in a super tranquil setting, the apartment is not only beautiful but also well-equipped and furnished in a modern and luxurious style. Upon arrival, we were wonderfully surprised by the super bright living room with internal views, and the kitchen, which is fully equipped with every appliance and includes dishes and everything necessary for dining. The meticulous attention to detail and absolute cleanliness make this apartment one of the best places we have ever stayed at! It features a beautiful sofa bed, and of course, two spacious double bedrooms with fresh and clean linens, complimentary toiletries, and bathrooms equipped with everything needed. A beautiful apartment, in a perfect location, with the most helpful of hosts. “Richard went out of his way to help us access the property, despite our very late arrival ..... early midnight. He was very helpful with everything we asked him prior to our holiday and the location was perfect. This was a three-generation holiday, twenty-three - eighty-seven, everyone loved the apartment and it was perfect for visiting the centre of the city. Richard left some useful information about local bars and restaurants which I think is great for those who have never visited this incredible city before.”

Perfecto! Spectacular apartment! “Well, where do I begin..from the time the host Richard and his loving uncle greeted us with immense hospitality and a warm welcome. The apartment is immaculate! The Manchester and the beds were crisp and of high quality which we love! We each had a set of our own Manchester. We even had our own home slippers ,great coffee pods our own cafeteria, tea, lollies and so very Florence! Everything around us was perfecto! Our own set of soaps and personal Care items. It was attention to every detail! Central and close to all amenities. A lovely, Lovely apartment and a great host!”

"We were looking for an 'escape' in the center of Florence, and we were absolutely satisfied. The apartment is clean and, above all, comfortable, just as it appears in the photos (special mention to the chromotherapy shower). But the absolute best thing is the location. It's an oasis of peace away from the hustle and bustle of the busy streets, yet still within a 5-minute walk to reach them, and just steps away from the wonders of the city. The host is very kind and helpful.”

“Richard and Andrea were beyond phenomenal. They were ALWAYS responsive, and ALWAYS made themselves available for us. On the very first day, our flight was delayed so we arrived much after the time we anticipated to arrive; however, Richard and Andrea were waiting for us in front of the apartment with smiles from ear to ear, excited for our arrival. They made us feel right at home, and gave us a very warm welcome. The apartment was centrally located. We walked everywhere and did not take a cab once! In addition, the apartment was very roomy, equipped with everything we needed. Throughout the trip, Richard checked in on us, and assisted us through some challenges we faced which we will forever be grateful for.
